The project has as main objective to rehabilitate the Maubera to Loes road. As result of this rehabilitation a development in Rural area is expected, this will benefit all Maubara's and Liquica's population, besides jobs opportunites.
The road is a portion of the Dili-Liquica-Ermera-Maliana inter district main access road traversing on a rolling terrain along the north-western coastal area of Timor Leste. The road length is 13 Kms. and starts at Km. 48+100 and ends at Km. 51+500. Construction of 6.00 m width traveled way and 1.00 m road shoulder, lateral and cross drainage and slope protection structures. The pavement is asphalt concrete.
